Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with 98% accuracy
- Coordinate quarterly tax filings and annual audits with external partners
- Implement and maintain internal controls for compliance with GAAP standards
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain detailed general ledgers using QuickBooks Online and Excel advanced functions
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making for leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public practice or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables), and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
