Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate annual audits and maintain compliance with GAAP
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for client portfolios
- Lead month-end closing processes with journal entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting initiatives
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 50+ employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance regulations
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
