Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger with general ledger monthly
- Manage payment cycles including check processing and electronic transfers
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries promptly
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on financial processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
