Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Perform monthly and annual account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and intercompany accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process by analyzing variances and preparing necessary journal entries.
- Prepare and review invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders for approval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
