Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reports.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and compliance audits.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Process invoices, maintain fixed asset registers, and manage payroll support tasks.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) to maintain up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
