Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP regulations
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports for business strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
