Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and improve cash flow management
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for diverse client portfolios
- Conduct internal audits and implement process optimization strategies
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
