Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card account reviews to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end tax documents and external audits.
- Monitor budget-to-actual variances and provide insightful analysis to senior management.
- Maintain and update fixed asset schedules and inventory records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
