Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation processes
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Develop and maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with tax preparation teams to ensure compliance
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to clients
- Oversee payroll processing for assigned clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
