Responsibilities
- Prepare and file complex federal, state, and local tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
- Conduct tax research and planning strategies to optimize client outcomes
- Manage IRS audits and state tax disputes with precision and professionalism
- Maintain compliance with evolving tax regulations and FASB standards
- Lead cross-functional teams on multi-jurisdictional tax projects
- Develop and implement process improvements for tax workflows
Qualifications
- CPA license or active pursuit with 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Expertise in S-Corp, partnership, and international taxation
- Proficiency in tax software (Lacerte, ProSystem fx, or CCH Axcess)
