Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by resolving account inquiries, fraud detection, and providing personalized financial solutions
- Actively promote bank products/services (credit cards, loans, investments) to meet sales targets
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations (BSA, AML, KYC) and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies using advanced auditing tools
- Train on digital banking platforms to empower customers with self-service options
- Collaborate with branch managers to enhance customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience in financial services
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail in transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid California Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and credit verification per banking regulations
