- Prepare and review complex individual and corporate tax returns with 99% accuracy
- Develop strategic tax planning solutions for high-net-worth clients and C corporations
- Lead IRS audit defense and state tax controversy engagements
- Utilize cutting-edge tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte) for efficient compliance
- Mentor junior associates through collaborative case reviews and training sessions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of public tax preparation experience in Big 4 or regional firm
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and international tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in tax research platforms (CCH, Thomson Reuters)
- Proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios
