Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex financial accounts, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements adhering to GAAP standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow management
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial controls and improvements
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems using QuickBooks and advanced Excel tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting software
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax compliance, and multi-state regulations
