- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain internal controls and audit readiness protocols
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Utilize ERP systems for real-time reporting and data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
