Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
- Utilize cloud-based accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero) for efficient data management
- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a remote or hybrid environment
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar cloud accounting platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for virtual client interactions
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
