Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and loans
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings (federal/state)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and maintain vendor/client relationships
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Implement financial controls to prevent discrepancies
- Generate customized financial reports for business decision-making
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and client management skills
