Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for diverse client portfolios
- Lead month-end closing processes with reconciliations and journal entries
- Develop and implement efficient accounting workflows using QuickBooks Online
- Conduct financial audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with CFOs on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Mentor junior accountants through virtual training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel advanced functions
