Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations with precision
- Conduct comprehensive reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record in remote work environments
