- Lead month-end closing processes and reconcile bank accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Implement and improve internal controls for financial data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience in multi-state tax compliance and payroll processing
