Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization
- Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead month-end reporting and variance analysis for executive stakeholders
- Implement continuous improvements to accounting workflows and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or enterprise ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities (Power BI a plus)
