Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Lead audit preparation processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement and optimize accounting systems for remote team efficiency
- Mentor junior accountants through virtual collaboration platforms
- Develop financial forecasts and variance analysis for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
