Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls
- Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate tax filings
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports for decision support
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Proven ability to manage financial audits and compliance
