Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for diverse portfolio of 15+ clients
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with reconciliations
- Implement and optimize accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Develop tax strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide financial consulting to support client business decisions
- Mentor junior accountants using virtual collaboration tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven track record with multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and SOX regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
