Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for diverse portfolios including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead financial audits and implement internal controls for risk mitigation
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Xero for real-time financial reporting and forecasting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes
- Develop customized financial models for strategic decision-making support
- Maintain accurate documentation and secure financial data management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work proficiency
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record in multi-state tax compliance and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
