Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state/local tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end W-2/1099 processing
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping system integration and policy updates
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership and external audits
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records in compliance with SOX
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in federal/state tax regulations and garnishment laws
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or CPP certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
