Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and state-specific payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, year-end reconciliations (W-2s, 1099s)
- Oversee payroll system upgrades and process automation initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation structures
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of federal/state tax regulations and garnishment laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or CPP certification a plus
- Experience with payroll audits and compliance documentation
- Proven ability to manage confidential employee data
