Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations (W-2/1099)
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit deductions
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Implement and optimize payroll workflows using SAP SuccessFactors
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Support 401(k) administration and employee self-service portal inquiries
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP and SAP SuccessFactors certification required
- Expertise in CA, AZ, and NV payroll regulations
- Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
- Proven experience with garnishment processing and wage attachments
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
