Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Nevada state payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end tax filings (W-2/1099)
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with accounting systems
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
- Provide payroll support and training to HR and finance teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable HCM systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
- Deep knowledge of Nevada payroll tax laws and reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage confidential employee data with integrity
