We're seeking a meticulous professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing for 200+ employees across multiple states. Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across state jurisdictions
- Administer benefits enrollments, 401(k) contributions, and leave accruals
- Prepare payroll reports for auditors and executive leadership
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements using Excel and payroll analytics tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Proficiency in FLSA, FMLA, and state-specific labor regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred
