Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws (FLSA, FLSA, NC labor codes)
- Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, and year-end reconciliations
- Lead system implementations and process optimization projects
- Conduct internal audits and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR/Finance on compensation strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent ERP proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and NC payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience with payroll audits and compliance reporting
