- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state workforce using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation strategies
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of CA labor laws and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with 401(k) and benefits administration
