Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for bank statements and GL accounts
- Process payroll and tax filings for 200+ employees bi-weekly
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain digital filing systems for audit compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Train junior staff on accounting software workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA certification or progress toward CPA designation
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in fast-paced environments
