Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for CA, OR, and WA
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with HRIS systems
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding for accurate payroll setup
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax filings (941, 940, state forms)
- Implement process improvements using Excel automation and Power BI
- Serve as primary payroll liaison for employee inquiries and audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Expertise in CA, OR, and WA payroll tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and BI exposure
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Proven success with 500+ employee payroll systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience with garnishment processing and DOL compliance
