Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Assist in payroll system audits and troubleshooting discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports and analyze payroll data for HR leadership
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments on payroll-related matters
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in California
- Proficient with ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll software
- Strong knowledge of CA labor laws and tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality
