Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning
- Prepare detailed variance reports explaining deviations from financial projections
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Present financial findings to senior leadership through clear, data-driven presentations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements for financial reporting
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or banking environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and macros)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from financial databases
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
