Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across CA, OR, and NV
- Lead quarterly/yearly payroll audits and reconciliation processes
- Implement and optimize payroll system integrations with HR and finance platforms
- Train payroll staff on compliance updates and system enhancements
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now and QuickBooks Enterprise
- CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state tax regulations (CA, OR, NV)
- Proven experience managing garnishments and complex deductions
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula and pivot table skills
