Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage year-end reconciliations, tax filings, and audit compliance
- Oversee garnishment deductions and benefit deductions with precision
- Collaborate with HR on employee data integrity and onboarding
- Implement process improvements using Excel and Power BI analytics
- Lead payroll system implementations and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and FLSA regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Proven experience with garnishment processing and tax compliance
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA and multi-state tax regulations
