Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Administer benefits enrollments and deductions quarterly
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and HR leadership
- Stay current on CA labor laws and FLSA requirements
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll system expertise
- Deep knowledge of CA payroll tax regulations and reporting
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience with time and attendance systems (Kronos preferred)
- CPP or FPC certification highly desirable
