Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations (W-2/1099)
- Develop and implement payroll process improvements with 95%+ accuracy
- Serve as primary payroll liaison for HR and finance departments
- Conduct internal audits and ensure FLSA/FL compliance
- Mentor payroll team members and optimize system workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or comparable HCM systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Proven problem-solving with payroll discrepancies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries
