Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for federal/state/local jurisdictions
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Implement new payroll policies and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with HR on employee data changes and onboarding/offboarding
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
- Lead quarterly payroll system upgrades and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Expert knowledge of federal/state wage/hour laws (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience with payroll audits and compliance documentation
- Experience with HRIS integration and timekeeping systems
