Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision using advanced banking equipment including cash recyclers and check scanners
- Deliver exceptional customer service through digital and in-person interactions
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards
- Balance daily transactions and reconcile accounts accurately
- Assist customers with digital banking tools and mobile app support
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
