Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently (cash, checks, deposits).
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance transfers, and product information.
- Maintain accurate daily cash reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products such as credit cards and savings accounts.
- Follow all banking regulations, compliance procedures, and security protocols.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the Branch Manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Fraud detection and security awareness.
