Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees across multiple states
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Administer benefits deductions, garnishments, and complex compensation structures
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Optimize ADP Workforce Now system for efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation strategy implementation
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and government filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and multi-state tax regulations
- Expertise in payroll audits and reconciliation procedures
- Proven ability to manage complex compensation scenarios
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
