Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (KY, OH, IN)
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and complex payroll adjustments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/annual tax filings
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding, terminations, and compensation changes
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
- Lead payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and Kentucky payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and HRIS proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance preferred
