- Process multi-state payroll, garnishments, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Manage time and attendance systems, resolving discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and compliance updates
- Conduct payroll audits and implement process improvements
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee financial data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state labor laws and FLSA compliance
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent payroll platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Expert-level Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
