Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws (FLSA, FLSA, Texas labor codes)
- Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, and year-end reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll system audits
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
- Implement process improvements using automation tools (Power BI, Excel)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years payroll experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent system proficiency
- Expert knowledge of multi-state tax regulations and payroll compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Proven experience with payroll audits and SOX compliance
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation preferred
