Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS regulations, and CO labor laws
- Lead quarterly payroll audits and reconciliation processes
- Implement and optimize payroll system integrations with HRIS platforms
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and respond to IRS inquiries
- Train payroll team on new processes and system upgrades
- Collaborate with finance department for accurate expense reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Advanced certification (CPP, FPC) or equivalent technical expertise
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar enterprise payroll systems
- Deep knowledge of CO payroll tax regulations and garnishment laws
- Experience with payroll system implementations and integrations
- Strong analytical skills for audit reconciliation and error resolution
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder training and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
