We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees across 15 states. Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Administer garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for WI, IL, and MN
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations and year-end 1099/W-2 processing
- Lead payroll system upgrades and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and employee onboarding
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, DOL, and state wage-hour regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll analytics tools
- Knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and state wage-hour regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with garnishment processing and tax filings
