Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations
- Conduct payroll audits and implement process improvements
- Support HR with onboarding/offboarding payroll documentation
- Train junior staff on payroll systems and compliance
- Collaborate with finance on budget forecasting and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Excel
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and state payroll regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
