Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees across 15 states
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FLSA, etc.)
- Process garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee financial data
- Implement and improve payroll processes using ADP Workforce Now
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification required
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar systems
- Deep understanding of FLSA, ACA, and multi-state tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and process optimization experience
